Longlist

● Present a longlist of potential candidates who meet the defined profile criteria.
● Establish an order of preference and select the candidates who should be actively approached.

Approach, Screening & Evaluation

● Approach candidates and evaluate them based on personal interviews.
● Check references and gather data to support the decision-making regarding each candidate.

Shortlist

● Select and present the final group of candidates and compare their professional attributes.
● Gather additional references and supplementary information to support the decision-making process.
● Consult and advise the client regarding the next steps in this process.

Final Selection

Select the preferred candidate and support the negotiations between the organization and successful candidate.

Onboarding & Follow-Up

Periodic monitoring of the successful candidate's progress and performance, from the time of entering the position to the completion of the first year.
