Partner and Chairwoman of Mashabey Enosh, Nehama joined the firm in 1983 and became CEO in 1987. Under her leadership the company grew from only two employees to be the recognized leader in its field in Israel, providing superior human capital solutions to its clients.

In 2001 she was selected as one of the 100 most influential people in Israel's economy. In 2005 Nehama handed over the management to two of her partners and became Chairwoman.

Nehama earned her BA in Psychology and Arts, and an MA in Psychology. Prior to joining Mashabey Enosh, she worked as a psychotherapist and offered organizational psychology consultancy to organizations and managers.
